Fenglu, a large-scale aluminum profile manufacturer, was founded in 1990 and focuses on R&D, production, and sales of aluminum alloy extrusions.
With over 30 years of experience in the aluminum profile industry, Fenglu has established itself as a leading manufacturer and our expertise now spans across a diverse range of industry sectors.

Our Product Line

Our product line includes architectural aluminum profiles, industrial aluminum profiles, aluminum windows & doors, aluminum cabinets & furniture, as well as specialty aluminum profiles such as military and aircraft aluminum extrusions.

Fenglu has been awarded an array of honors including "National Enterprise Technology Center", "National Accredited Laboratory", "National High-tech Enterprise", and our products have won awards of "Special Aluminum for China's Aerospace Industry" and "Golden Cup Award for Physical Quality of Non-Ferrous Metal Products".

Processing Lines

At Fenglu, we're continuously looking for methods to improve our efficiency and product quality. From mold design and fabrication, aluminum alloy processing, aluminum profile surface treatment through to high precision and deep processing, we have established a complete aluminum production chain and a strict production and operation management system. Fenglu has introduced a number of industry-leading aluminum processing equipment and inspection equipment. Currently we have over 100 aluminum extrusion lines including large-tonnage aluminum extrusion lines (20000T/12500T/10000T), and other extrusion lines of different capacities (such as 7500T and 5500T), enabling us capable enough of manufacturing complex and large-sized aluminum extrusion profiles.

Fenglu has established the academic workshop and postdoctoral research station in collaboration with University of Science and Technology Beijing, Central South University, General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals (GRINM) and Guangzhou Nonferrous Metal Research Institute.

With the establishment of Fenglu research institute, our team of experts embraces the company philosophy of "Enhancing Core Technologies, Improving Core Competitiveness" and enables an effective integration of academic research and industrial application, therefore achieving constant growth and improvement via innovation.
